PLEASE NOTE IT MAY TAKE UP TO TWO WEEKS FOR PROCESSING CERTIFICATES OF STANDING
If you are currently licensed or have ever been licensed with the Newfoundland and Labrador Dental Board (NLDB) and are applying for licensure in another jurisdiction you will be asked to provide a Certificate of Standing. Often times if you are seeking hospital privileges or applying to do some Continuing Education course you will be asked to provide a Certtificate of Good Standing.
As it takes sometimes up to two weeks to complete this process we suggest you do not wait until the last minute to request the information.
There is a $35.00 processing fee for a Certificate of Standing. Please return the fee with the completed Release of Information Form to the Newfoundland and Labrador Dental Board.
